You'll utilize Design Thinking & User Experience methods to review incoming electrical warranty claims data, work across manufacturing, Product design, process engineering, and operations skill teams, and lead the analysis of returned warranty parts for root cause.

This is a hybrid position, where you'll work both from home and from the anticipated worksite. You must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the anticipated worksite. You'll be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, conducting tolerance analysis, and performing data analytics. You'll also present data and communicate root cause analysis and corrective actions to stakeholders at various organizational levels.

We're offering a salary of $97,968.00 - $161,842.20/yr.
