We're looking for a Product Content Specialist to join our team. As a Product Content Specialist, you will optimize and organize global online product content to align with Valvoline data standards, governance requirements, and brand guidelines. You will ensure product information is accurate, consistent, and structured to address customer needs, and answer common questions across regions and channels.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and managing load files for syndicating Valvoline product GDSN and marketing data to customers, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with customer and industry requirements.
• Developing and delivering PIES and ACES data files to support customer systems and enhance their digital product presence, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with industry standards.
• Building comprehensive knowledge of data standards and processes, along with a strong understanding of the business and how data enables operational effectiveness and supports customer needs.
• Collaborating with IT, Product Strategy, Creative Services, EH&S, Technical, Sales, and Marketing teams globally to meet business requirements and deliver a seamless, positive digital experience for Valvoline.
• Creating and maintaining global SAP Master Data, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Valvoline standards and governance rules, and completion within established service level metrics.
• Collaborating with external vendors and customers to deliver data in customer-specific, consumable formats and resolve issues related to data transmission and syndication.
• Supporting digital initiatives through ad hoc analysis and reporting to address evolving business needs and inform decision-making.

What You'll Need:

• Associate's Degree
• Bachelor's preferred or work experience equivalent
• SAP work experience
• Strong process orientation with exceptional attention to detail
• Proficient in data retrieval and analysis
• Ability to quickly and creatively resolve customer issues to enhance satisfaction
• Flexible and self-motivated, with strong time management skills and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
