      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Be the first to apply for this product analyst role at Ford Credit Services. As a product analyst, you will work with other product managers, product analysts, engineers, and product designers in a complex and matrixed environment. Your responsibilities will include defining &#39;what&#39; and &#39;why&#39;, deconstructing complex financial and credit requirements into clear, actionable user stories, and taking ownership of drafting all business user functional stories.</p>
<p>You will also write detailed &#39;definition of done&#39; criteria to ensure engineering teams have a crystal-clear understanding of success metrics and Ford Credit&#39;s quality standards. Additionally, you will partner with the product manager to refine and prioritize the backlog, balancing business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.</p>
<p>In this role, you will conduct ongoing market research to stay ahead of trends from competitors, support the product manager in defining and maintaining the long-term vision for the Ford Credit modernization journey, and synthesize customer feedback and NPS data to advocate for features that resolve pain points and improve the user experience.</p>
<p>As a product analyst, you will lead design sessions across program increments based on business priorities, ensuring all relevant stakeholders are engaged. You will also prepare and manage critical documentation, including BPM, BRD, and PRD.</p>
<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in identifying product challenges, evaluating potential solutions, and defining clear approaches to enhance product value and user experience.</p>
<p>You will also need to have a great communicator with the ability to articulate problems and solutions clearly, and seek alignment across all parties and levels of the organisation.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 3+ years&#39; experience working with financial products or services in a product team in a matrixed organisation, and a deep understanding of originations, receivables, loan processing, or financial operations.</p>
<p>You will also need to have experience in gathering and documenting detailed business and functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and be able to define, track, and report on key product performance indicators (KPIs).</p>

<p>As we continue to grow, we need someone to create a single source of truth, standardize metrics, and make self-service analytics safe and reliable. This means designing systems that answer the vast majority of organisational questions on their own, while partnering with product, growth, marketing, and support teams to turn data into action.</p>
<p>This isn&#39;t a data-only role. You&#39;re a growth-minded analyst who thinks like a PM, curious about what moves metrics and eager to help others move faster. You&#39;ll work with modern AI and data infrastructure from day one, leveraging tools like Claude and Snowflake to make experimentation and reporting faster.</p>
<p>You&#39;ll run experiments on our core growth funnel, prototype AI-driven tools, and potentially build external analytics products for customers.</p>
<p>Our team has a strong in-office culture and works in person 4–5 days per week in San Francisco. We love working together to stay creative and connected, with flexibility to work from home when focus matters most.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p>Own key reports and dashboards that show the pulse of the business, redefining metrics like activation and retention</p>
<p>Standardize metrics and build systems so teams can self-serve reliable data from one source of truth</p>
<p>Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, and support teams to turn questions into insights and actionable systems</p>
<p>Lead metrics reviews with stakeholders and build ad-hoc reports for sales and GTM teams</p>
<p>Run experiments on our core growth funnel, exploring opportunities in churn reduction, pricing, and growth efficiency</p>
<p>Prototype AI-driven tools that make experimentation, reporting, and anomaly detection faster and smarter</p>
<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>
<p>3–5 years of experience as a data analyst or analytics engineer, ideally at high-growth startups</p>
<p>Expert-level SQL skills and ability to work with large, complex datasets</p>
<p>Product sense and understanding of growth loops, with a track record of moving key metrics</p>
<p>AI-native mindset with experience leveraging AI tools to accelerate analysis and decision-making</p>
<p>Strong communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally, with the ability to educate and empower teams to be self-sufficient with data</p>
<p>Python experience, a past engineering background building internal tools, or hands-on experience with BI platforms like Metabase or Looker (Nice to have)</p>
<p><strong>Compensation range:</strong> The base salary for this full-time position, which spans multiple internal levels depending on qualifications, ranges between $125K - $200K plus benefits &amp; equity.</p>
