You will be responsible for analysing the demands of components for certain prototype vehicles and ensuring the timely ordering of these components.
\nMonitoring the on-time delivery in the development warehouse and handling of queries represents a main focus of your activities.
\nYou will act as an interface between suppliers and other relevant departments on purchasing processes and communicate any technical specifications and supply problems which may impact on business operations.
\nYou will be responsible for requesting the quotation from the supplier while building, maintaining and managing a good supplier relationship and keeping up good communications.
\nYou will offer support in the identification of interim solutions in cooperation with the development department in the event of the supplier's lack of delivery capacity.
\nYou will have to do weekly reports directly to the customer.
\nYou will collaborate with international project teams.
\nYou will ensure compliance to company guidelines, purchasing policies and procedures.
\nYou have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in economics/business/commercial or equivalent degree are preferred.

\nYou have good knowledge of SAP or other integrated ERP systems, which would be beneficial.
\nYou have advanced knowledge of MS Office tools (with a focus on Excel).
