Key responsibilities include monitoring and steering KPIs (cycle time, backlog, on-time PO, data quality) and deriving actions, driving cost optimization initiatives (e.g. TCO, savings, efficiency improvements), managing operational issues (PO discrepancies, GR/IR mismatches, invoice blocks), and acting as a key interface for German-speaking stakeholders and driving supplier communication, confirmations, and escalations.

You will also oversee supplier performance, audits, and continuous development, lead and develop operational teams and Team Leads, and drive process improvements, automation, standardization, and ensure compliance with procurement policies and automotive standards.
