      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this position, you will help build the world-class, state-of-the-art smart vehicles the world expects from Ford Motor Company. As a Process Engineer, Machining, you will be part of our Manufacturing team, working to develop new technologies and processes to further increase our efficiency.</p>
<p>Your primary responsibilities will include delivering Manufacturing Delivery Quality Operating System requirements for a Powertrain Subsystem, collaborating with Product Development team to generate facility &amp; tooling costs, improve quality, and reduce labor requirements, and using virtual tools to evaluate the feasibility of new model designs for high volume manufacturing operations.</p>
<p>You will also be responsible for writing/ modifying/maintaining process sheets and delivering updated Cycle Line Layouts, leading identification, resolution, and closure Machining feasibility issues, creating and following a master schedule for the design, build, and implementation of tools in your subsystem, and leading machining installation, start-up, and commissioning at the manufacturing site.</p>
<p>Additionally, you will lead identification, resolution, and closure of all launch product and tooling issues, develop &quot;Lessons Learned&quot; from New Model launches and implement Prevent Reoccurrence Actions into future programs, support Department Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, People, Morale, Environment, and Innovation (SQDCPMEI) initiatives, and interface with cross-functional activities (Product Development, Supplier Technical Assistance, Material Planning &amp; Logistics, New Model Programs).</p>
