<p>Your daily responsibilities will include managing Assisted Testing tickets ensuring completeness, traceability, and accurate assignments while collaborating effectively with team members and customers.</p>
<ul>
<li>You will process problem tickets by checking for completeness, traceability, and proper assignment.</li>
<li>You will perform technical pre-analysis of measurement data to ensure efficient error elimination and optimized error assignment.</li>
<li>You will collaborate in the development of the weekly error report and moderate the weekly error control board meetings.</li>
<li>You will establish follow-up meetings when tickets are not handled within the given time frame or when feedback is missing.</li>
<li>You will identify changes needed to improve performance and meet objectives.</li>
<li>You will collaborate with international project teams.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>You have successfully completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business, Automotive Engineering, or an equivalent field of study.</li>
<li>Ideally, you have previous experience in automotive development, focusing on cross-sectional functions</li>
<li>Ideally, you have and an understanding of ADAS systems and components or Charging Management</li>
<li>You have an understanding of vehicle systems and components</li>
<li>You have experience with ticketing systems (e.g., Jira, KPM, CLUU).</li>
<li>You have the willingness to understand the development processes at Porsche and to work with different specific tools for trace analyses.</li>
<li>You have good knowledge of MS Office tools with a focus on Excel.</li>
<li>You speak German and English fluently.</li>
<li>You have a confident appearance, excellent communication and persuasive skills, along with strong social skills and political awareness.</li>
