The ideal candidate will bring a blend of industry expertise, leadership skills, and a consulting mindset to drive critical initiatives, optimize operations, and guide cross-functional teams toward achieving operational excellence.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strategic Leadership: Support the development of our High-Tech business to drive growth, operational efficiency, and market leadership.</li>\n<li>Operations Management: Oversee day-to-day operations of projects ensuring milestones are met on time and within budget.</li>\n<li>Client &amp; Stakeholder Management: Managing client expectations on projects while delivering value for our clients.</li>\n<li>Team Management: Managing expectations and drive personal growth of the project team members.</li>\n<li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner cross Infosys with other service lines like ADM, BPM and Engineering, and sales teams to ensure alignment in sales and delivery.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Education: Master’s degree, preferably in Engineering, Economics or Business Administration.</li>\n<li>Experience: 8+ years of experience in management consulting, with at least 4 years in the High-Tech and/or semiconductor industry.</li>\n<li>Skills: Understanding of High-Tech and/or semiconductor industry, manufacturing and supply chain.
