What you'll do

This role will provide timely and cost-effective basis for moderate to highly complex matters. The role will primarily focus on support related to Honda Aircraft Company, LLC in Greensboro, NC, but may also include support for a variety of Honda companies throughout the North American Region.

  • Direct and Indirect Commercial Support: Provide high quality advice and negotiation, in a timely and cost-effective manner, to enable Honda Companies and/or divisions to meet legal obligations and reduce risk for moderate to complex commercial transactions.

What you need

  • Juris Doctorate Degree from an Accredited Law School
  • Admittance to state bar in a state in the U.S., and will be either admitted to the North Carolina bar or eligible to qualify for in-house practice in North Carolina
