You will work alongside Twilio New business Account Executives, other Twilio Solutions Engineers, Professional Services and Twilio Partners as needed through the pre-sales process, to strategise and plan for deal success.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building a successful business partnership with Twilio Account Executives focussing on great business discovery within prospects and communicating the business value of Twilio solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Taking part alongside Account Executives in qualification, discovery, demonstrations, Proof-of-Concept, RFP response, design documentation, technical presentations and enablement sessions during the sales cycle.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Developing subject matter expertise on the customer needs and requirements, and Twilio’s best in class communications technology.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading technical discovery sessions with our customers to uncover their needs and challenges to articulate Twilio’s ability to enable their success and solve their challenges.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and presenting powerful and complex presentations and product demos to help showcase the capabilities of Twilio Communications Products.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Forming an understanding of a customers business and helping solve problems they’ve identified as well as uncover areas of opportunity.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Building trusted advisor relationships at the highest levels of our customers and present creative new solutions and architectures that enable and inspire innovation.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Contributing to the wider Twilio Solutions Engineer community by sharing knowledge, building demo assets and reusable presentations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>At least 5 years in a technical pre-sales role in CPaaS, SaaS or Telecom space.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding and experience of the sales cycle and the role of a pre-sales engineer.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid understanding of voice protocols (VoIP), SIP implementations or messaging APIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Creativity: you’ll need to be a problem solver, able to collaborate with others to drive success.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>An engaging storyteller: you can gain audience confidence and communicate complex topics to multiple levels of technical and non-technical audience.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to ask the right questions to build a deep understanding of a customers needs and guide them to a technical solution using Twilio Communications products.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge of public cloud platforms (Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure) and cloud application architectures.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience writing code in one or more of the following areas, multiple areas of experience would be advantageous:</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Backend (Java, C#, Node.js, Python or PHP).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Web (JS, React).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with designing and consuming REST APIs.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Desired qualifications include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Hands on experience with with backend development (Java, C#, Node.js, Python, PHP, etc).</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Familiarity with Mobile development, especially for iOS and Android.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in Telecommunications, SIP, WebRTC, or Contact Centre in a technical role.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with automation, cloud-native development and skills with a major cloud platform.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Experience with sales methodologies.</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Additional language speaker a plus, specifically French or Hebrew.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>This role will be remote and based in the UK, with approximately 35% travel anticipated to help you connect in-person in a meaningful way.</p>\n<p style=\"margin-top:24px;font-size:13px;color:#666;\">XML job scraping automation by <a href=\"https://yubhub.co\">YubHub</a></p>","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_2798e21a-f9e","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Twilio","sameAs":"https://www.twilio.com/","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/twilio.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://job-boards.greenhouse.io/twilio/jobs/7350846?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":"remote","x-experience-level":"senior","x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":null,"x-skills-required":["CPaaS","SaaS","Telecom","Voice protocols","SIP implementations","Messaging APIs","Cloud platforms","Cloud application architectures","Backend development","Web development","REST APIs"],"x-skills-preferred":["Java","C#","Node.js","Python","PHP","JavaScript","React","Mobile development","iOS","Android","Telecommunications","SIP","WebRTC","Contact Centre","Automation","Cloud-native development"],"datePosted":"2026-04-25T21:03:17.657Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"Remote -
