Your key responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and develop solutions to address them
• Conducting research and analysis to identify best practices and new technologies that can be applied to our manufacturing operations
• Developing and implementing new processes and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Providing training and support to production staff on new processes and technologies
