<p>In Player and Quality Insights (PQI), we engage with our players early and often to shape the future of EA&#39;s games. You will join us as a Player Experience (PX) Researcher, focused on enhancing player experience across the ARPG portfolio of products.</p>
<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Collaborate with game teams and PX Insights to align research with franchise product goals and strategies.</li>
<li>Partner with diverse teams to create insights that influence franchise and feature direction.</li>
<li>Present player insights and recommended actions to game teams and leadership, empowering data-informed decisions.</li>
<li>Refine and enhance departmental research processes to increase efficiency and influence.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications &amp; Skills</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Market Research, Data Science, HCI), or equivalent industry experience.</li>
<li>Experience leading research projects from planning to delivery.</li>
<li>3+ years of industry experience conducting user research across platforms.</li>
<li>Team-oriented, collaborative, and comfortable working across time zones and remotely.</li>
<li>Familiarity with statistical analysis tools and methods.</li>
