Become part of our new HR Shared Service Center, currently under construction. As a Payroll Specialist, you will use your German skills on a daily basis, have previous experience in payroll accounting, and grow together in an international company.
\nAVL List GmbH, the world's leading company for the development, simulation, and testing of drive systems, is building a new Shared Service Center in Hungary.
\nYou will execute preparatory monthly payroll processes for payroll accounting for our Austrian locations, support a smooth end-to-end payroll process, maintain and manage changes in the employee lifecycle, and be the first point of contact to answer simple questions from employees about their payslips and expense reports.
\nYou will also prepare reports and evaluations, close cooperation with internal HR interfaces as well as accounting and controlling in Austria, support in ensuring a smooth billing process, and participate in projects for process improvement and digitization in the Shared Service Center.
