You&#39;ll work at the intersection of product and GTM to unlock new revenue, expand our TAM, and turn strategic relationships into compounding growth.</p>\n<p>Your responsibilities will include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders at partner organisations, including C-suite executives and decision makers</li>\n<li>Unlocking new revenue streams through co-marketing initiatives, referral programs, and a consistent flow of high-quality partner-sourced leads</li>\n<li>Partnering closely with Product and Engineering to define clear integration paths and remove friction from technical onboarding</li>\n<li>Tracking partnership performance, reporting on impact, and continuously iterating on strategy</li>\n<li>Building and scaling the partnerships function as the company grows, establishing repeatable processes and playbooks</li>\n</ul>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>6+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or strategic growth roles</li>\n<li>3+ years of experience in fintech and/or financial services</li>\n<li>A proven track record of closing and scaling revenue-accretive partnerships at a fast-growing tech company</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility at all levels of an organisation</li>\n<li>A willingness to travel as needed to build and maintain key partner relationships</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Nice to have:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>NYC-based</li>\n<li>B2B partnerships experience</li>\n<li>Experience as founding or early partnerships hire</li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with product, engineering, and GTM teams</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Joining Spade means being part of a small but well-funded team, with limited risk and unlimited upside.
