      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Job Summary</p>
<p>The Partner Manager UK will be responsible for delivering departmental objectives by overseeing day-to-day operations, leading and developing team members, and ensuring high-quality, efficient service delivery.</p>
<p>Key Responsibilities</p>
<ul>
<li>Own the day-to-day management and delivery of assigned partner accounts, maintaining strong working relationships with partner stakeholders and internal teams across marketing, brand, communication, digital, events, trackside operations, and finance.</li>
<li>Responsible for the day-to-day account management of a select number of team partners, including major partners.</li>
<li>Be accountable for the accurate and timely fulfilment of contractual partner rights across race weekends, marketing campaigns, events, and experiential programs, ensuring delivery meets agreed objectives and quality standards.</li>
<li>Lead cross-functional coordination for partner activations, aligning internal teams and external agencies to deliver seamless execution across a global F1 calendar.</li>
<li>Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, providing clear communication, structured updates, and proactive issue resolution throughout the season.</li>
<li>Own partner delivery planning for assigned accounts, including activation roadmaps, milestones, and season-long delivery schedules.</li>
<li>Monitor and track rights usage and partner performance, identifying risks, gaps, or opportunities and escalating as appropriate to ensure contractual compliance and partner satisfaction.</li>
<li>Prepare and deliver regular partner delivery updates and performance summaries for senior commercial and marketing leadership, focused on status, risks, and upcoming commitments.</li>
<li>Identify and propose incremental activation opportunities that enhance partner value, align with the team&#39;s brand and sporting narrative, and support long-term partnership growth.</li>
<li>Represent the team professionally at race events, partner activations, and meetings, upholding brand standards and reinforcing trusted partner relationships.</li>
<li>Contribute to departmental projects and race-specific initiatives as required, supporting the wider commercial objectives of the team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Team Leadership &amp; Strategy</p>
<ul>
<li>Support the implementation of departmental strategies in line with organisational goals.</li>
<li>Lead team-level initiatives and contribute to cross-functional projects that promote continuous improvement.</li>
<li>Provide input into policy and process development, sharing insights from frontline operations.</li>
</ul>
<p>Operational Delivery</p>
<ul>
<li>Oversee day-to-day team operations, ensuring services are delivered efficiently and meet performance standards.</li>
<li>Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and service excellence within the team.</li>
<li>Ensure team compliance with relevant legislation, policies, and procedures.</li>
</ul>
<p>Stakeholder Collaboration</p>
<ul>
<li>Build effective working relationships with internal colleagues, external partners, and service users.</li>
<li>Represent the team in meetings, working groups, and stakeholder forums.</li>
<li>Act as the first point of contact for escalated issues and complex queries within the team&#39;s remit.</li>
</ul>
<p>Resource &amp; Budget Management</p>
<ul>
<li>Support budget management activities, ensuring resources are used effectively and aligned with priorities.</li>
<li>Monitor team resource allocation and identify opportunities for optimisation.</li>
<li>Contribute to financial reporting and forecasting as required.</li>
</ul>
<p>Governance &amp; Risk</p>
<ul>
<li>Uphold governance standards within the team, ensuring transparency and accountability.</li>
<li>Identify operational risks and support the implementation of mitigation measures.</li>
<li>Participate in emergency planning and business continuity activities relevant to the team.</li>
</ul>
<p>Team Leadership</p>
<ul>
<li>Lead and mentor a team of professionals.</li>
<li>Undertake such other duties as may be reasonably required, consistent with the responsibilities of the role.</li>
</ul>
