We're looking for an Operations Engineer to join our team. As an Operations Engineer, you will work across the business, collaborating with the broader team to deliver our core products to customers. This involves building the physical capacity and trading infrastructure for our supply business. It also includes the scoping, modelling, and design of new products and business lines, including entry into new markets.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise our core supply operations: from energy trading to our finance function
• Build and price innovative products and work on strategy to deliver them
• Expand our operations to other markets, breaking down the business and regulatory environment in each jurisdiction
• Source and negotiate contracts with partners to achieve business goals

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree from a top university in STEM with coding experience
• Track record of exceptional achievement
• Relentless approach to solving problems
• Comfortable learning quickly and iterating
• Ability to work well individually or in a team
