You will support the PjM by taking over responsibility of onsite coordination and clarification. Your goal is to ensure that system erection at customer sites can be done in a safe environment and that projects are finalized on schedule, with good quality, and within target cost and timeline.</p>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate and steer onsite activities, executed either from AVL staff or by contractors.</li>\n<li>Monitor progress and report both internally and to the customer.</li>\n<li>Initiate onsite meetings.</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with safety standards and brief onsite personnel (both AVL staff and contractors).</li>\n<li>Interface with the customer, supplier, safety team, and AVL team in safety-related issues.</li>\n<li>Clarify customer requirements.</li>\n<li>Provide deviations and exclusions to the RFQ.</li>\n<li>Prepare information for commissioning.</li>\n<li>Participate in engineering and customer meetings.</li>\n<li>Coordinate commissioning personnel, onsite personnel, assembly workers, subcontractors, and customer.</li>\n<li>Lead technical installation activities.</li>\n<li>Provide feedback and information for continuous improvement.</li>\n<li>Meet milestones and ensure the fulfillment of safety and security-related requirements according to customer-specific demands and region-specific regulations.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Driver&#39;s license</li>\n<li>Basic English communication skills preferable</li>\n<li>Practical experience in installation work</li>\n<li>Rich knowledge and experience with mechanical and electrical assembly and installation process, tooling as well as quality control methods;</li>\n<li>Candidates with an Industrial Safety Engineer certification or above are preferred</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:24px;font-size:13px;color:#666;\">XML job scraping automation by <a href=\"https://yubhub.co\">YubHub</a></p>","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_69fcc352-30a","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"AVL Korea Co.
