As a New Model Program Supervisor, you will lead a high-performing team of launch engineers and collaborate cross-functionally with diverse skill teams to achieve launch excellence.</p>\n<p>Your primary goal will be to ensure new model launches are delivered on time, within budget, and at target quality levels.
