The Multiskilled Operative at ABM UK plays an essential role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in facility maintenance or a similar role.
  • Proficient in multiple trades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of health and safety regulations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours as needed.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ) in trades preferred.
