YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_a313b6f7-02d"},"title":"Multiskilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer","description":"<p>Job Objective &amp; Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>Electrically biased trades person based on 2 x sites (UOL Bloomsbury and Moorgate) undertaking planned preventative maintenance (PPM) installation and repair of mechanical &amp; electrical equipment and building fabric within the 2 x campuses.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<p>To efficiently undertake engineering duties, ensuring consistent operational delivery through smart working and the efficient execution of day-to-day tasks.</p>\n<p>To carry out planned and reactive maintenance as instructed by the Contract Manager, Contract support or Client</p>\n<p>Including, but not limited to fault finding, test, repair and preventative maintenance of M + E building services equipment.</p>\n<p>Duties will also include carrying out various non-specialist building fabric maintenance tasks.</p>\n<p>To close / update completed PPM tasks on the site computerised maintenance system as well as ABM systems and site’s hard copies</p>\n<p>Ensure engineering standards are maintained to maximise the operation effectiveness and reliability of the plant and associated systems.</p>\n<p>To ensure company QA and site procedures are adhered to in all aspects.</p>\n<p>Ensure Company &amp; Site, Health &amp; Safety procedures are always followed.</p>\n<p>Maintain accurate site records/documentation in association with all site works.</p>\n<p>To inspect the condition of services and proactively deal with call-outs/repairs as required and requested by management and client.</p>\n<p>Attend site emergencies, outside of normal working hours, if required.</p>\n<p>Carry out tasks within typical plant room environments and at high level, working from platforms. All access training and PPE will be provided</p>\n<p>To proactively work towards the continued success and support of the contract with a positive approach.</p>\n<p>Comply with ABM Health, Safety and Environmental procedures, as detailed in the site plans.</p>\n<p>Complete any other associated task requested by the management.</p>\n<p>Essential:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>City &amp; Guilds Level 3/NVQ - Building Services Engineering or Electrical Installation/Maintenance or equivalent</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Knowledge and use of computer software – Microsoft Office, Building Management Systems</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Time served apprenticeship or equivalent training</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>A demonstrable knowledge of building services engineering</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience of working by alone</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Customer service</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Smart appearance, presentable</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Logical thinker in fault finding situations</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Excellent interpersonal skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Comfortable working with contract support.
