      <Description><![CDATA[<p>In this role, you&#39;ll project-manage new and existing contract mobilisations, ensuring every detail is delivered on time, to standard, and with exceptional accuracy. You&#39;ll work closely with Business Development and Account Managers to bring major new business successfully onboard, worth up to £9M.</p>
<p>Your core responsibilities include:</p>
<p>Project-managing the mobilisation of new business contracts, ensuring all processes are followed to ISO standards and documentation is recorded correctly. Adhering to auditable procedures, including checklists, to ensure full compliance within required deadlines. Identifying and coordinating service solutions, working with Supply Chain to source profitable subcontracted services where direct delivery isn&#39;t possible. Importing, managing and validating data, including transferring information from Excel into internal systems. Setting up and maintaining contracts and purchase orders, including amendments and updates as required. Collaborating closely with Business Development Managers and Account Managers to ensure customer requirements are fully understood and delivered throughout mobilisation. Engaging confidently with customers at both Head Office and site level to support a smooth mobilisation process. Maintaining up-to-date project documentation, ensuring shared folders and mobilisation schedules (including revenue details) are accurate and current.</p>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<p>Strong workload management skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively and meet strict deadlines. High proficiency across Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel capability. Proactive and positive approach, demonstrating initiative and forward thinking. Excellent organisational skills, with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Willingness to learn and develop, adapting quickly to new systems and processes. Clear, confident communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to build effective working relationships with internal teams, customers and external partners. Resilient and composed under pressure, maintaining professionalism in a fast-paced environment.</p>
