<p>We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mission Operations Engineer to join our team at Anduril Industries. As a Mission Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for managing the execution, growth, and success of our client accounts. You will work across product, engineering, sales, and logistics teams to develop, plan, and deploy Anduril products in support of client missions.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>

<li>Serve as a customer-facing Account Manager, working directly with key strategic partners to develop and deploy Anduril&#39;s ALTIUS UAS and other TRS products.</li>
<li>Own the execution of contract deliverables, including developing and implementing measures of performance and effectiveness, writing technical reports, and creating user engagement roadmaps.</li>
<li>Support engagement with all service components of the US DOD, local government organizations, and other partner nation&#39;s defense forces as required to integrate Anduril products laterally for increased adoption.</li>
<li>Orchestrate the deployment of Anduril products, leading the planning and deployment of Anduril&#39;s flagship products in support of client missions.</li>
<li>Grow your business through client success, meeting commercial targets that drive top line growth.</li>
<li>Shape our products to meet mission needs, working side-by-side with clients to understand their specific mission challenges and representing the client as you work with Anduril engineers to shape products that solve critical national and international security challenges.</li>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Mission Operations Engineer at Saronic Technologies, you will be hands-on with the deployment, validation, and iterative improvement of our autonomous surface vessels. Your work will directly support both project-based deliverables (e.g., capability rollouts) and ongoing programs (e.g., V1 software release).</p>

<li>Develop deep understanding of vehicle HW and SW architecture, and how the vehicle operates as a integrated system.</li>
<li>Lead planning and execution of structured field tests for vessel performance pertaining to autonomous navigation, perception, communications, and sensor integration, among other vessel functionalities.</li>
<li>Diagnose and perform real-time troubleshooting of autonomy, networking, and onboard hardware or software during test events.</li>
<li>Implement solutions for testing, safety of vessel operations, and system robustness to maximize efficiency.</li>
<li>Own data logging and telemetry monitoring systems; ensure data integrity for post-test analysis.</li>
<li>Contribute to root cause analysis (RCCA) and issue triage workflows after field anomalies, with reporting to relevant review boards to eliminate repeat issues.</li>
