We are looking for a Measurement Technician QS Composite to join our team at Audi Motorsport AG in Hinwil, Switzerland.

As a Measurement Technician QS Composite, you will be responsible for inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools.

Your tasks will include:

• Inspection and measurement of vehicle parts made of fiber-reinforced composites, as well as associated components, laminating molds, and fixtures in the production process using 3D measuring arms, laser scanners, and handheld measuring tools

• Identification of parts that do not conform to drawings

• Preparation, documentation, and creation of measurement programs and test reports

• Recording and processing of error reports in the quality system

• Collaboration with Production Engineering, Design, and Production to ensure the efficient execution of measurement tasks

• Point of contact and support for various departments regarding measurement and drafting issues

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Successful completion of basic technical training and experience in quality assurance

• Experience with 3D measuring arms and excellent knowledge of Polyworks software

• Experience using standard hand-held measuring tools

• Strong ability to read technical drawings – ISO/GPS 8015

• Knowledge of composite component manufacturing is a plus

• AUKOM Level 1 & 2 certification is desirable, or comparable training

• SAP knowledge is a plus

• Structured, precise, and independent work style

• High resilience and flexibility, as well as willingness to work in a two-shift system

• Business-level proficiency in German or English, as well as a willingness to learn basic skills in the other language, are required
