You will actively track deliveries, resolve schedule conflicts, and adjust plans to mitigate risk and prevent bottlenecks. This role is critical to maintaining build velocity, cost control, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

You will work closely with Project Management, Supply Management, Procurement, and Logistics teams to ensure materials are planned, scheduled, and delivered in alignment with aggressive data center build timelines and cost objectives.

CoreWeave is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Master Scheduler to join its team. The ideal candidate will have 3-4+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with hands-on experience developing and maintaining master schedules for complex, multi-project environments.

The successful candidate will have proficiency with scheduling tools such as Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project, as well as experience forecasting material requirements based on project specifications and milestones.

They will also have strong data analysis and reporting skills using spreadsheets and related planning tools, and experience coordinating with cross-functional teams including Project Management, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Logistics.

In addition, the ideal candidate will have experience tracking material deliveries, managing exceptions, and implementing corrective actions.

The base salary range for this role is $122,000 to $179,000, and the starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location.
