While a marketing background is a plus, it&#39;s not essential; what matters most is your ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and execute flawlessly.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities</p>\n<p><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Prioritization</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner with marketing leadership to define and align on quarterly and annual priorities.</li>\n<li>Translate high-level goals into actionable plans, ensuring resources are allocated effectively.</li>\n<li>Identify gaps, risks, and opportunities in the marketing roadmap and propose solutions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Cross-Functional Orchestration</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Act as a bridge between Marketing, Product, Sales, and Communications to ensure alignment and execution.</li>\n<li>Facilitate decision-making by synthesizing data, insights, and stakeholder input.</li>\n<li>Lead cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Operational Excellence</strong></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and maintain processes to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance collaboration.</li>\n<li>Track and report on key metrics, providing visibility into progress and performance.</li>\n<li>Identify bottlenecks and implement solutions to keep the team moving forward.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Communication &amp;
