      <Description><![CDATA[<p>The Subscriptions Marketing team is the growth engine of Future&#39;s direct-to-consumer business. As Marketing Manager, you will report into the Head of Subscription Marketing to bridge the gap between high-level commercial strategy and ground-level creative execution.</p>
<p>You will be responsible for devising and delivering effective marketing plans that drive acquisition for both print and digital products. This includes integrated planning, flagship brand ownership, and creative flair &amp; campaign innovation.</p>
<p>You will oversee the visual and messaging strategy, ensuring our ads and landing pages are not only high-converting but also aesthetically aligned with our premium brands. You will also be accountable for best-practice and accurate execution and delivery of acquisition campaigns across a variety of online and offline channels.</p>
<p>In addition, you will champion the use of AI tools to increase productivity, from drafting copy variations to automating routine reporting, allowing the team more time for high-level creative thinking.</p>
<p>You will act as the key point of contact for brand stakeholders, ensuring marketing activity reflects commercial priorities and audience insights.</p>
<p>The expected salary for this role is up to £42,000, depending on experience. This is a hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We&#39;re seeking a Marketing Manager to join our Trade Marketing team. As a key member of the team, you will deliver insight-driven, creative marketing plans that build our reputation and attract advertisers. Your primary responsibility will be to create marketing materials that inform the value proposition for our advertising partners. You will collaborate with the commercial team, graphic designers, and insight analysts to develop impactful sales collateral and ensure delivery of projects with a focus on driving commercial ROI.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>

<p>To succeed in this role, you will need to have 2+ years of experience creating marketing materials for revenue-generating teams, as well as experience with different types and sources of data, project management, and trade marketing or B2B marketing within the media industry.</p>
<p>In addition to your experience, you should be collaborative in nature, with an ability to work with senior executives, and enjoy a role that always brings new challenges to solve. Fluency in Google Suite and experience working with Comscore/Nielsen and Adobe Creative Suite are also required.</p>
