      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Technician to support the development, implementation, and optimization of manufacturing processes for our autonomous surface vessels (ASVs).</p>
<p>This role will work closely with engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality production for the DoD.
The technician will focus on process execution, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to keep production running smoothly.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Process Support: Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for ASV production.</li>
<li>Collaboration: Work with design and engineering teams to translate specifications into practical manufacturing steps.</li>
<li>Quality Assurance: Investigate, document, and escalate production issues; assist engineers in root cause analysis and corrective actions.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.</li>
<li>Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of production processes, test results, and quality checks.</li>
<li>Training and Support: Provide hands-on training to production staff on proper use of equipment and processes.</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.</li>
<li>Prior experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role in a complex electromechanical manufacturing environment.</li>
<li>Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, or maritime technologies is a plus.</li>
</ul>
