This role will work closely with engineers, production staff, and suppliers to ensure efficient and high-quality production for the DoD. The technician will focus on process execution, troubleshooting, and hands-on support to keep production running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Process Support: Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of manufacturing processes for ASV production.
• Collaboration: Work with design and engineering teams to translate specifications into practical manufacturing steps.
• Quality Assurance: Investigate, document, and escalate production issues; assist engineers in root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Continuous Improvement: Suggest and help implement improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality.
• Documentation and Compliance: Maintain accurate records of production processes, test results, and quality checks.
• Training and Support: Provide hands-on training to production staff on proper use of equipment and processes.

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or related field.
• Prior experience as a manufacturing technician or similar role in a complex electromechanical manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with autonomous systems, robotics, or maritime technologies is a plus.
