<p>You&#39;ll be responsible for developing the future enterprise architecture and its capabilities to operationalize the digitalization strategy of our customers and support their business decisions. You will be responsible for planning, steering, and implementing complex EAM projects for our customers. You will evaluate technology trends with a focus on project and customer benefits and define guidelines and standards for the efficient and sustainable use of IT resources. You will develop sustainable transformation and migration strategies. You will conduct comprehensive workshops and training sessions at the management level and support the acquisition of new customers and projects by creating offers, participating in pitches, and maintaining existing customer relationships.</p>
<p><strong>What you need</strong></p>
<p>To be well-prepared for your path as a manager, you have the following qualifications in your luggage: an academic degree and at least 6 years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, supplemented by certifications such as TOGAF or comparable. You have a passion for leading project teams and have proven experience and a secure appearance on C-level. You have expertise in modeling architectures, e.g., with tools such as Sparx Enterprise Architect, LeanIX, etc., and a reliable network in the automotive and manufacturing industry. Your way of working is characterized by good presentation and project management skills, a structured and independent way of working, analytical thinking, and well-developed team and communication skills.</p>
