      <Description><![CDATA[<p><strong>Job Purpose</strong></p>
<p>The position will support and manage the parts transfer network of truck, LTL, and rail lanes to assure timely and cost-efficient freight moves between AHM facilities. This includes working with Honda and 3PL managed locations for scheduling, routing and tracking of these shipments. Will assist management in the development of systems to track lead-time by lane, mode and carrier to identify opportunities to reduce lead-time and cost. Will assist management by tracking specific transportation costs to achieve budget while also meeting published transit times.</p>
<p><strong>Key Accountabilities</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Schedule transfers from Hubs to Part Center or off-site locations, by establishing a regular lane schedule and securing additional transportation coverage for variance above the planned requirements. Work with and manage carrier&#39;s performance and or adjust scheduling to ensure the transfer network achieves transit times when exceptions occur.</li>
<li>Review and approve invoices from carriers within contractual timeframe. Work with freight payment provider and carriers to identify and resolve issues for payments</li>
<li>Support parcel and LTL shipments, issues or tracking as needed</li>
<li>Create reports, interpret data, and provide analysis to make recommendations or improve logistics department and Honda&#39;s overall performance.</li>
<li>Damage claims resolution, special projects, and network support</li>

<p><strong>Qualifications, Experience, and Skills</strong></p>
<p>Minimum Educational Qualifications Bachelor&#39;s degree in related discipline (Transportation / Logistics, Data Analytics- Management, Business Administration) or 4 years equivalent work-related experience and proven record of success.</p>
<p>Minimum Experience Minimum of two years&#39; experience in transportation or Data Analytics field and have a proven record of achieving results.</p>

      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are looking for a Logistics Analyst to join our rapidly growing team in Columbus, OH. The role of the Logistics Analyst is one who manages and coordinates the movement of hardware, resources, &amp; people at designated locations and/or in austere environments supporting our customers wherever they may be.</p>
<p>The challenges you will encounter are innumerable and unpredictable, but you will be expected to take ownership of delivering the solution. The logistics team has built a white glove service that is responsible for developing and executing Anduril’s strategy to deliver hardware and software to our customers where it is both mission critical and logistically challenging.</p>
<p>This will require a breadth of understanding logistics, the ability to work across teams seamlessly, a deep appreciation for details, and the ability to learn new subject matters quickly. As you execute on service delivery for our customers and team members, you have the unique opportunity to improve and grow our logistics capabilities at our largest production facility, Arsenal-1.</p>
<p>Responsibilities: Collaborate cross functionally with business leaders, program managers, and external stakeholders to ensure projects are executed successfully &amp; on time. Build multimodal logistics workstreams at Arsenal-1 to manage inbound and outbound flow of supply and goods to other Anduril sites and customers worldwide. Coordinate transportation logistics &amp; work alongside our logistics providers. Provide feedback to hardware operations on how the customer’s needs are met and will serve as critical input for their continuous improvement loop. Proactively identify, propose, and fix logistical processes. Handling, storing, packing, labeling, and prepping dangerous goods for commercial shipping.</p>
<p>Required Qualifications: 3+ years of experience in material management, inventory control, warehouse roles in an aerospace and/or defense industry. Must be able to lift 50-70 lbs. Work in austere environments, climb ladders, use of basic hand &amp; power tools. Able to operate independently and in teams. Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills. Demonstrate ability to manage multiple projects, prioritization, and planning. Experience being hands-on and boots on the ground in the warehouse &amp; in the field with proven skills in both process and equipment troubleshooting, and ability to adapt to constantly changing environments. Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.</p>
<p>Preferred Qualifications: Forklift certification. Prior military or overseas contracting experience. IATA, IMDG, and 49 CFR trained.</p>
