      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to own and optimize our end-to-end email marketing processes. As a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in driving lifecycle engagement across the buyer and customer journey, supporting pipeline growth, sales alignment, and customer engagement initiatives.</p>
<p>You will develop and oversee Starburst&#39;s email marketing program across key lifecycle stages, from lead nurturing through customer engagement. You will write and optimize persona-driven email copy that drives engagement and action. You will also own and maintain the email marketing calendar, ensuring coordinated and strategic deployment across teams.</p>
<p>Some of the key responsibilities of this role include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Developing and overseeing Starburst&#39;s email marketing program</li>
<li>Writing and optimizing persona-driven email copy</li>
<li>Owning and maintaining the email marketing calendar</li>
<li>Tailoring Starburst messaging into compelling lifecycle messaging tailored to audience and funnel stage</li>
<li>Implementing personalization and behavioral triggers to increase relevance and performance</li>
<li>Leading A/B testing across subject lines, messaging, CTAs, and cadence to continuously improve results</li>
<li>Collaborating closely with Marketing Operations on segmentation, list building, scheduling, and technical deployment of emails within HubSpot</li>
<li>Ensuring data accuracy, deliverability best practices, and database health in partnership with Marketing Operations</li>
<li>Defining scalable processes, documentation, and governance standards to support consistent, repeatable execution</li>
<li>Establishing KPIs tied to engagement, conversion, and pipeline contribution, and analyzing performance to identify optimization opportunities</li>
<li>Continuously refining lifecycle programs to improve conversion, engagement, and overall revenue impact</li>
</ul>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of experience in email or lifecycle marketing, ideally within B2B SaaS or technology companies. They will have strong hands-on experience with HubSpot or similar marketing automation platforms. They will also have proven ability to write persuasive, performance-driven email copy and ability to run A/B testing of emails from subject lines to CTAs.</p>
<p>The salary range for this role is $105,000-$135,000 USD, and the role will require 25% in-person travel for purposes including but not limited to new hire onboarding, team and department offsites, customer engagements, and other company events.</p>
