This role will involve testing complex electromechanical assemblies, testing final products, and leading a skilled team of technicians. You will work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and operations team on pressure vessel assembly and test as part of overall AUV production integration.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and working alongside other test technicians
• Working within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and operations team on pressure vessel assembly and test as part of overall AUV production integration
• Applying a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair
• Prioritizing work activities for operators to achieve on-time delivery goals
• Handling multiple priorities, organizing workload, and meeting deadlines
• Ensuring they are working on the right thing at the right time

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in electronics and test working in relevant fields such as robotics, defence, or aerospace. They will have a solid background in electronics working in relevant fields, prior experience leading a team either in-kind or directly, in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and experience in preparing and executing test procedures with high levels of attention to detail.

Additionally, the ideal candidate will have familiarity with electrical engineering principles and concepts, experience working from technical documentation, electrical schematics, and engineering drawings, commitment to a high-quality product and strong sense of personal accountability, and familiarity with basic electrical test equipment such as DMMs, oscilloscopes, function generators, power supplies, etc.
