In this role, you will work on cutting-edge technology aimed at advancing the state-of-the-possible in subsea robotics. You will play a key role in delivering our Autonomous Underwater Vehicles (AUVs) to our customers by working hands-on with our engineering team in a multi-disciplinary environment to scale our AUV production globally.</p>\n<p>This role will involve testing complex electromechanical assemblies, testing final products, and leading a skilled team of technicians. You will work within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and operations team on pressure vessel assembly and test as part of overall AUV production integration.</p>\n<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Leading and working alongside other test technicians</li>\n<li>Working within a team of multidisciplinary engineers and operations team on pressure vessel assembly and test as part of overall AUV production integration</li>\n<li>Applying a higher level of knowledge and skills in hardware assembly, troubleshooting and repair</li>\n<li>Prioritizing work activities for operators to achieve on-time delivery goals</li>\n<li>Handling multiple priorities, organizing workload, and meeting deadlines</li>\n<li>Ensuring they are working on the right thing at the right time</li>\n</ul>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in electronics and test working in relevant fields such as robotics, defence, or aerospace.
