      <Description><![CDATA[<p>At Criterion Games, we&#39;re looking for a talented Lead Lighting Artist to join our team. As a Lead Lighting Artist, you will be responsible for providing creative and technical solutions to add visual quality to our game while keeping in mind technical performance limits. You will lead a small team of lighting artists and collaborate with other departments and studios to deliver high-quality lighting on time and to specification.</p>
<p>Key responsibilities include:</p>
<ul>
<li>Providing consistent and effective direction and guidance to the lighting team across levels and cinematics</li>
<li>Collaborating with other leads in the franchise to ensure pipelines and workflows are up to production standards</li>
<li>Specifying and working along with engine, graphics, and tools teams to design and implement workflows, techniques, and approaches to the lighting craft and set visual goals</li>
<li>Providing guidance to other team members to work through technical and creative solutions</li>
</ul>
<p>We&#39;re looking for someone with excellent knowledge of lighting, shading, and PBR for real-time applications, including optimization for performance and quality. Experience shipping AAA titles on current-gen consoles is also required. Additionally, knowledge of color grading approaches and a passion for the technical side of real-time lighting are highly desirable.</p>
