Combining artistry and commerce, you will drive targets through building lasting customer relationships and showcasing exceptional artistry.
\nKey responsibilities include:
\nYou will have a proven track record of delivering results at retail artist level and be able to lead by example and coach retail artist teams to succeed.
\nIn addition to your artistic skills, you will also be required to have good communication and presentation skills, as well as experience of managing and planning in-store events.
\nAs a Lead Artist, you will receive a structured induction programme, Charlotte's Magic Academy, which will train you on all aspects of the role and provide follow-up training during your first months of employment.
