This role is responsible for ensuring customer needs are met, the correct quality standards of work, and the departmental resources are managed effectively throughout the late-shift. Key Operational Responsibilities:

• Managing the workload throughout the late-shift and making sure the work requirements are met.
• Cutting material and making sure it is ready for the day shift Laminators.
• Responsible for ensuring equipment is well checked, maintained, and serviced according to the company policy, any issues to be rectified immediately and escalated as required.
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment.
• Ensure all relevant paperwork and admin is completed in a timely manner.
• Liaise with kit cutting and Laminating supervisor to ensure smooth production of current and future work.
• Ensure that any resource/material shortage is reported to the kit cutting and laminating supervisor.

Quality and Standards:

• Responsible for ensuring all work is always completed to the correct quality standard for the company and the customers.
• Ensure cutting machine is in good working condition and faults are immediately reported.
• Escalating any issues arising in relation to kits.
