Crosby Composites are looking for a talented Late-Shift Composite Laminator at their Brackley office. This role sits at the heart of the laminating department, supporting the smooth functioning of the production areas. You'll work directly with the team to manage the laminating process and support the production team.

About the Role

As a Late-Shift Composite Laminator, you will be responsible for laminating and tooling across a broad range of products. You will check information on drawings is clear, check route card instructions are correct, help develop processes to improve quality and efficiency, keep all equipment maintained, ensure the department is kept clean and tidy, and have attention to detail. Motorsport/Automotive experience is preferred, and a good understanding of engineering drawings is required.

Experience:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role

Technical skills:

• Familiar with pre preg autoclave processes
