We're looking for a Konsultchef to join our team in Gothenburg. As a Konsultchef, you'll play a key role in building and developing our growing business in the region. You'll work closely with our experienced Skill Teams and Business Lead to strengthen our offer in the region and shape how we collaborate with both customers and consultants.
\nYour responsibilities will include working closely with our customers, supporting our consultants in their projects, and building long-term relationships. You'll also be involved in the entire recruitment process, working closely with our recruiters from understanding customer needs to welcoming new colleagues on board.
\nA significant part of your role will focus on creating a positive and professional consultant experience through coaching, ongoing dialogue, and being a support system in their development. You'll work closely with our Skill Team & Business Lead to represent AVL's broad competence and ensure that our project teams have the right technical support from the company.
\nYou'll contribute to our business development by identifying opportunities in customer dialogues and helping to develop them from early conversations to completed deliveries. Your role will offer a great balance between customer contact, coordination, recruitment, and technical support – and the opportunity to be part of and build our continued growth in Gothenburg.
\nTravel may be required within Sweden/EU (approximately 2-4 times per year).
