YubHub-native raw fields carry `x-` prefix.","jobs":[{"@context":"https://schema.org","@type":"JobPosting","identifier":{"@type":"PropertyValue","name":"YubHub","value":"job_4ac6e2c7-6d1"},"title":"Kitting Coordinator","description":"<p>We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Kitting Coordinator to manage the flow of inventory through our production areas, ensuring build plans are fully executable at the point of delivery.</p>\n<p>This role is critical in ensuring that only the correct work orders are released, in the most efficient way possible, and that work continues moving smoothly through the assigned department.</p>\n<p>Acting as a key link between production, planning and materials, you will help ensure parts, tooling and information are in the right place at the right time.</p>\n<p>Main Duties &amp; Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Coordinate closely with the UIIL (Used Incremental Inventory List) Specialist to ensure UIIL compliance for work order audits and finished goods delivered to track.</li>\n<li>Coordinate larger projects with department kitting coordinators to guarantee correct items are available when required.</li>\n<li>Review your department’s daily work-to list and provide feedback to the Operations Planning Team on any stock or warehouse-related issues.</li>\n<li>Act as the direct production liaison with Operations Planners on major projects, including (but not limited to) chassis, suspension, front wings and rear wings.</li>\n<li>Plan and manage the staged release of work orders, ensuring correct BoM items are released when full stock availability is not possible.</li>\n<li>Respond to urgent production requests from area Production Leads, coordinating actions across the business as required.</li>\n<li>Raise demand for damaged tooling based on feedback from Material Handlers.</li>\n<li>Retrieve and account for all stock from cancelled work orders, including scrapping any parts already consumed.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure all picks, including tooling, are in the correct location at the correct time.</li>\n<li>Follow up on tooling BoMs to ensure they are processed accurately through to completion.</li>\n<li>Coordinate with Material Handlers to ensure all stock is RAF’d and returned to correct storage locations.</li>\n<li>Ensure machine jig tooling is correctly assembled and monitor tooling stock levels to support uninterrupted production.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Key Accountabilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Actively demonstrating and promoting company Values &amp; Behaviours.</li>\n<li>Understanding and complying with all Health &amp; Safety obligations.</li>\n<li>Maintaining high personal standards of behaviour and acting as a positive departmental ambassador.</li>\n<li>Adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining high standards of department presentation.</li>\n<li>Working to quality standards and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.</li>\n<li>Maintaining awareness of and compliance with Cost Cap rules and requirements.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Core Competencies:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly Power BI.</li>\n<li>Ability to use Team Centre and confidently access technical drawings.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of inventory management techniques and stock handling methods.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-top:24px;font-size:13px;color:#666;\">XML job scraping automation by <a href=\"https://yubhub.co\">YubHub</a></p>","url":"https://yubhub.co/jobs/job_4ac6e2c7-6d1","directApply":true,"hiringOrganization":{"@type":"Organization","name":"Atlassian Williams F1 Team","sameAs":"https://careers.williamsf1.com","logo":"https://logos.yubhub.co/careers.williamsf1.com.png"},"x-apply-url":"https://careers.williamsf1.com/job/kitting-coordinator-in-grove-wantage-jid-547?utm_source=yubhub.co&utm_medium=jobs_feed&utm_campaign=apply","x-work-arrangement":null,"x-experience-level":null,"x-job-type":"full-time","x-salary-range":null,"x-skills-required":["MS Office","Power BI","Team Centre","Inventory management","Stock handling"],"x-skills-preferred":[],"datePosted":"2026-04-24T12:09:58.801Z","jobLocation":{"@type":"Place","address":{"@type":"PostalAddress","addressLocality":"Grove, Wantage"}},"employmentType":"FULL_TIME","occupationalCategory":"Operations","industry":"Motorsport","skills":"MS Office, Power BI, Team Centre, Inventory management, Stock handling"}]}
