      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Who What Wear UK is seeking an experienced Junior Social Media Editor to join its award-winning editorial team. As a digital native, you will produce engaging content across all key social channels, including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube. Your tasks will involve writing, sourcing imagery, distributing, and monitoring content on all social platforms. You will collaborate with the editorial team and under the direction of the social media editor to effectively create and implement social media strategies.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Produce content across all key social channels to engage, convert, and increase Who What Wear UK&#39;s social followings.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the editorial team and under the direction of the social media editor to effectively write, source imagery, distribute, and monitor content on all social platforms.</li>
<li>Analyse performance of social content to strategise towards traffic referral and affiliate goals.</li>
<li>Respond to what&#39;s happening on social channels, providing in-the-moment ideas, as well as creating social-first content to stay ahead of the competitor set.</li>
</ul>
<p>Experience that will put you ahead of the curve:</p>
<ul>
<li>1-2 years minimum working on social media teams - brand or media.</li>
<li>Organised with good time management.</li>
<li>Fashion, beauty, and/or women&#39;s lifestyle content experience.</li>
<li>Team-player attitude with a resourceful, can-do spirit.</li>
</ul>
<p>What&#39;s in it for you:</p>

<li>The expected range for this role is £29,000 - £30,000.</li>
<li>This is a Hybrid role from our London Office, working three days from the office, two from home.</li>
