As a Junior Race Engineer, you will work with the Chief Race Engineer to support and run cars in various series with our customer and Prodrive-operated programmes.</p>\n<p>Your key responsibilities will include producing build specifications, setting up sheets, and all necessary documentation for events; conducting analysis and optimisation of vehicle setup parameters; researching potential areas of development for the Aston Martin GT cars; issuing technical work lists after sessions and events; liaising with drivers on technical matters; providing constructive feedback on driving styles; keeping accurate notes and event reports; and planning, performing, and reporting on specific tests.</p>\n<p>To succeed in this role, you will need experience in trackside motorsport in an engineering capacity and be educated to degree level or equivalent in Engineering.
