\nKey responsibilities include:
\nTo succeed in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, or a comparable field of study. You should be interested in the automotive or technical development environment, with initial exposure (internships, student projects) being a plus. You will also need to have a basic understanding of vehicle systems or technical products and be motivated to deepen your knowledge.
\nAdditionally, you will need to be familiar with ticketing or tracking systems (e.g. Jira or similar), or be willing to learn. You will also need to be willing to understand development processes and work with different tools and systems. Good knowledge of MS Office tools, especially Excel, is also required. Fluency in German and English is necessary, and you will need to have a structured way of working, good communication skills, and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
