As a Junior Operations Analyst, you&#39;ll be part of a highly skilled and friendly Operations Team that oversees our business&#39;s processes and collaborates with teams across the company to drive projects and initiatives forward. The role brings significant opportunity to develop skills across analytics, SQL, project management, cross-team collaboration, and provides the opportunity to lead projects and initiatives.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyse both merchant and publisher performance to optimise traffic as well as resolve any issues raised</li>\n<li>Provide internal technical support, reports, and insights to our Publisher Development and Merchant teams</li>\n<li>Update and correct commission data on a daily, weekly, monthly basis</li>\n<li>Assess the quality of traffic in our network from a compliance point of view</li>\n<li>Test and expand our merchant network (using our own internal tools)</li>\n<li>Completion of regular monthly and ad hoc reports based on business needs</li>\n<li>Drive initiatives on tasks, propose and manage improvements</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Requirements:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Exceptional analytical abilities coupled with meticulous attention to detail</li>\n<li>Learns quickly.
