This includes maintaining a clean and sanitized environment, anticipating and meeting their needs, and ensuring that their stateroom is prepared to the highest standards.</p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Consistently exceed housekeeping targets and other key result areas, reducing friction points and avoiding negative surprises.</li>\n<li>Embrace and utilize Princess MedallionClass products, services, and applications.</li>\n<li>Be accountable and take ownership of a consistent product delivery and correctly apply the Service Excellence philosophy.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with other onboard teammates to provide an outstanding guest experience.</li>\n<li>Maintain the Company&#39;s standard of housekeeping, sanitation, and maintenance according to HESS protocols.</li>\n<li>Prepare and consistently maintain a clean and sanitized, welcoming, and personalized room experience for our officers in accordance with brand standards.</li>\n<li>Anticipate and take ownership of our officer needs and requests.</li>\n<li>Take ownership of maintenance issues and follow up for timely resolution.</li>\n<li>Support the Stateroom Stewards with various tasks such as linen/supplies delivery, stateroom cleaning and sanitization, transfer of dirty linen or trash from decks to the laundry/incinerator room, etc.</li>\n<li>Actively learn and be knowledgeable to answer questions on product, policy, demographic, itinerary, and port information.</li>\n<li>Responsibly use consumable items, stateroom supplies, linen, and cleaning chemicals, avoiding unnecessary waste.</li>\n<li>Maintain assigned equipment clean and in good condition, avoiding misuse and unjustifiable wear and tear.</li>\n<li>Embrace an inclusive and diverse culture, instill our Shared Purpose, Core Values, and CRUISE service essentials.</li>\n<li>Share best practices and efficiencies with the Rooms Division leadership team and colleagues.</li>\n<li>Embrace Company updates and strategies to deliver on our guest experience commitment.</li>\n<li>Confidently perform General Emergency Procedures and duties with a sense of urgency as directed by HESS.</li>\n<li>Follow appropriate procedures for the correct handling and sorting of garbage, bio-hazardous, and sharps waste as indicated in the Stateroom Steward Training Manual.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with persons in charge to create a safe and compliant environment while fostering a commitment to Operation Oceans Alive.</li>\n<li>Comply with company expectations and standards, including HESS policies.</li>\n<li>Maintain current, accurate knowledge of public health standards and ensure their ship is in continuous compliance with all hotel-related public health policies.</li>\n<li>Promptly help coordinate onboard resources to respond to outbreak situations that necessitate increased sanitation levels.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Skills, Knowledge &amp; Expertise:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full understanding of Public Health and Environmental requirements relating to public areas.</li>\n<li>Must have a complete command of the English language.</li>\n<li>Minimum 2 years of experience in a comparable hospitality establishment and servicing guest rooms.</li>\n<li>Good command of English Language, both spoken and written.</li>\n<li>Fluent Japanese language skills.</li>\n<li>Understanding of the foundation of guest service;
