Key Responsibilities:

• Internal Communications Strategy & Execution: Build and implement a comprehensive internal communications strategy aligned with Saronic's goals and values.
• Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the internal communications partner across various departments and functions within the company.
• Culture & Storytelling: Create and execute campaigns that celebrate our culture, values, employee achievements, and team wins.
• Measurement & Optimization: Establish KPIs to measure the impact of internal communications.

Required Qualifications:

• 8+ years of experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or corporate communications.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
