<p>As an Institutional Account Manager, you’ll join a dynamic, collaborative team of professionals whose performance is critical to Coinbase achieving its mission.</p>
<p>You will serve as a subject matter expert for Coinbase’s institutional suite of products, providing world-class service and support to our most valued institutional clients.</p>
<p>Diligent, customer-focused, and with a bias towards action, you will play a crucial role in the success of the Sales, Trading and Prime organization as we help build the crypto economy.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for supporting some of Coinbase Institutional’s highest priority clients and working on initiatives to deliver an excellent client experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>You will partner with Senior Account Managers and Management to help support large and complex relationships across client segments including asset managers, banks, corporates and more.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understand complex, multi-product client workflows and strategies to ensure that our institutional clients are integrated appropriately and use our product suite efficiently with a focus on Coinbase Prime.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>This role will involve you working closely with cross-functional partners including Sales, Trading, Legal, Compliance and Operations to onboard clients and ensure they are supported across our full institutional product suite.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>You’ll provide a best-in-class experience for our clients through effective stakeholder management, conclusive prioritization, and efficient execution across initiatives.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Effectively triage, manage, and prioritize incoming client requests. Handle requests through to resolution with limited support, including delegating across teams of subject matter specialists.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Facilitate product demo calls, serving as subject matter specialist on product features in partnership with Sales.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Distill client feedback to internal teams including Operations, Engineering, and Product when surfacing feature requests and manage client expectations.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Manage client-related and team projects diligently and efficiently driving towards results that deliver on the client experience and efficiency.</li>
</ul>
<p>What we look for in you:</p>
<ul>
<li>4+ years of experience in the institutional client relationship space.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on influencing outcomes.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to foster trusted and lasting relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to deliver results.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Understanding of risks across key functions and workflow to identify issues and concerns.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Organized and independent working style to enable you to manage your book of clients effectively.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrates the ability to responsibly use generative AI tools and copilots (e.g., LibreChat, Gemini, Glean) in daily workflows, continuously learn as tools evolve, and apply human-in-the-loop practices to deliver business-ready outputs and drive measurable improvements in efficiency, cost, and quality.</li>
</ul>
<p>Nice to have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Digital Assets experience &amp; knowledge.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Prior Prime Brokerage experience.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Professional fluency in Mandarin is desired.</li>
</ul>
<p>Pay Transparency Notice: The target annual base salary for this position can range as detailed below. Total compensation may also include equity and bonus eligibility and benefits (including medical, dental, and vision).</p>

<p>$178,700-$178,700 SGD</p>
