Reporting to the Accounting Director, you will build our consolidation framework from the ground up, develop scalable IFRS policies, and turn compliance into a strategic advantage for our global expansion.</p>\n<p>Responsibilities</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead the Group&#39;s IFRS transition in collaboration with external advisors.</li>\n<li>Monitor IFRS regulatory developments and applicable frameworks for external financial reporting.</li>\n<li>Analyze and document accounting treatments for complex transactions (position papers).</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain the Group&#39;s IFRS policies (Accounting Manual).</li>\n<li>Implement financial reporting and analysis tools tailored to business needs.</li>\n<li>Support the reporting process (closing instructions, post-closing events, error tracking).</li>\n<li>Work closely with external auditors (Big Four or equivalent).</li>\n<li>Collaborate with statutory auditors for legal compliance.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing periodic reports for the Board.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Technical Support &amp; Training</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Provide technical accounting support to teams, including operational tasks when needed.</li>\n<li>Prepare and deliver internal technical training sessions.</li>\n<li>Contribute to the implementation of consolidation processes.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Who you are</p>\n<ul>\n<li>IFRS Expert (10–12 years of experience): You have a proven track record in IFRS, including experience leading an IFRS transition project (ideally in tech, SaaS, or high-growth environments). You&#39;ve worked with Big Four firms or equivalent, and you&#39;re comfortable interpreting complex standards and documenting position papers for auditors. Your expertise in French GAAP is a strong plus.</li>\n<li>Project Leader: You thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments, turning regulatory complexity into clear, actionable plans. You&#39;ve successfully managed cross-functional projects (e.g., ERP migrations, process harmonization) and can prioritize effectively under tight deadlines.</li>\n<li>Business Partner: A strong communicator, you bridge the gap between technical accounting and operational teams. You simplify IFRS jargon for non-finance stakeholders and build trust by aligning goals across functions (Finance, Legal, IT).</li>\n<li>Tech-Savvy: You&#39;re proficient with ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA is a plus) and understand how to leverage technology to improve financial reporting. You&#39;re hands-on and solution-driven.</li>\n<li>Proactive &amp; Collaborative: You take ownership of challenges, from high-level strategy to execution.
