      <Description><![CDATA[<p>As a Hunter Account Executive, your mission will be to acquire and grow some of our most exciting enterprise customers in Databricks within the Greater China Region.</p>
<p>You will prospect for new customers, assess your existing customers and develop a strategy to identify and engage all buying centres.</p>
<p>You will use a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers, identify the most viable use cases in each account to maximise Databricks&#39; impact, and orchestrate and work with teams to maximise the impact of the Databrick ecosystem on your territory.</p>
<p>You will build value with all engagements to promote successful negotiations and close, promote the Databricks enterprise cloud data platform, and be customer-focused by delivering technical and business results using the Databricks Platform.</p>
<p>What we look for:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proven success in Enterprise Sales roles, ideally in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Solution and business-outcomes focused sales approach</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Ability to simply articulate intricate cloud &amp; big data technologies and their business value for the customer</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Proven success and upward trajectory in whatever you have done</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree and 5+ years of experience selling SaaS solutions to Enterprise Customers</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Business proficiency in Mandarin and experience in the Greater China Region is required to enable effective collaboration and understanding of client needs.</li>
