As a HSE Support Specialist, you will provide support to the HSE function and to the HS&E Manager (RSPP). Your tasks will include conducting general and specific risk assessments, supporting the development of procedures and operating instructions within Environmental Management Systems and Health & Safety Management Systems, managing mandatory and non-mandatory training processes, and supporting internal and external audit activities.

What you need

To succeed in this role, you will need a degree in Engineering (Safety, Industrial, Civil, Environmental, Management Engineering or related fields) and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within industrial settings, preferably with HS&E or RSPP/ASPP responsibilities. You will also need excellent knowledge of current Health & Safety legislation (D.Lgs. 81/08) and Environmental legislation (D.Lgs. 152/06), strong organizational and communication skills, and a good command of the English language.
