      <Description><![CDATA[<p>We have an exciting opportunity for multiple HR Graduate Advisors to join us on a fixed-term contract until December 2026. This is an ideal role for individuals beginning their HR career, with strong academic grounding and hands-on experience from an HR industrial placement.</p>
<p>These roles offer a significant opportunity to strategically partner with People Leaders and HR Centres of Excellence (CoEs) across various parts of the organisation.</p>
<p>You will be instrumental in shaping the employee experience, driving key people priorities, and delivering impactful HR projects that directly contribute to organisational success and reinforce the Ford+ behaviours.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<p><strong>Strategic Partnering:</strong> Act as a trusted advisor to People Leaders across areas such as organisational design, culture transformation, and talent management.</p>
<p><strong>Employee Relations &amp; Case Management:</strong> Proactively manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, including disciplinary, grievance, and dignity at work concerns.</p>
<p><strong>Absence Management:</strong> Oversee comprehensive absence management, collaborating with employees, Occupational Health, and Trade Union partners</p>
<p><strong>Talent Development:</strong> Champion effective career management, employee development, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.</p>
<p><strong>Leadership Empowerment:</strong> Coach and upskill People Leaders on performance management, compensation planning, and employee relations</p>
<p><strong>HR Transformation:</strong> Collaborate with the wider HR team to effectively implement new/updated HR products, processes, and policies across the business in support of our HR Transformation.</p>
<p><strong>Engagement &amp; Culture:</strong> Drive employee engagement initiatives, contributing to a positive and productive work environment.</p>
<p><strong>Continuous Improvement:</strong> Share insights and best practices to enhance HR processes.</p>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<p><strong>Essential:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, HR Management, or a CIPD-aligned qualification</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Completed an HR industrial placement / sandwich year within a corporate HR function</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Demonstrated ability to build strong, trusted relationships and influence stakeholders</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Exceptional communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, and active listening skills</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>A proactive, customer-centric, and solutions-focused approach</li>
</ul>
<ul>
<li>Highly collaborative team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset</li>
