      <Description><![CDATA[<p>Join Ford&#39;s Electric Vehicles, Digital and Design (EVDD) team as a HIL Subject Matter Expert. In this role, you will lead automation and HIL testing efforts for ADAS/Platform/Diagnostic validation. You will bring up new features, develop test solutions, and automate test cases to perform end-to-end feature validation. Your expertise will be crucial in delivering industry-leading customer experience for electric vehicle buyers and owners.</p>
<p>Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Develop and bring up test solutions to perform end-to-end feature validation</li>
<li>Bring up new features and system test validation of software components related to ADAS/AD, Diagnostics &amp; Platform testing</li>
<li>Perform GAP analysis, develop new test cases based on ASTQB test methodologies, automate those test cases &amp; execute test cases to perform software validation across ECUs, focusing on ADAS/AD at system level on HIL</li>
<li>Perform system architecture and the related validation tests on components</li>
<li>Create test plans, execute tests, review test reports, and feature validation tests while ensuring traceability to functional and performance requirements</li>
<li>Facilitate and align with cross-functional technical teams such as functional safety, feature teams, infotainment on the system level</li>
<li>Perform testing on closed-loop test benches and create bench-level test cases using ECUTest/CAPL/Python to increase efficiency, test repeatability, and contribute directly to reducing cost and improving final product quality</li>
<li>Maintain test cases traceability against the system level feature requirements throughout the product development life cycle</li>
<li>Align and support SAFe processes and activities within functional areas such as System, Hardware, and Safety</li>
</ul>
<p>Qualifications:</p>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&#39;s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field</li>
<li>8+ years of experience in test automation for embedded/automotive systems, with demonstrable experience in ADAS or Chassis/PT domain or System HIL end-to-end feature testing</li>
<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with System HIL&#39;s (dSPACE SCALEXIO, VEOS, MotionDesk, ModelDesk or equivalent) and ECUTest (or similar test tools)</li>
<li>5+ years of proficiency with Python scripting to perform various automated tasks like test case execution, monitoring the vehicle level data for KPI testing</li>
<li>3+ years of experience in conducting TDRs for new test solutions, leading test-case reviews as well as test-automation reviews</li>
</ul>
<p>Even better, you may have:</p>
<ul>
<li>Experience in Agile methodologies and the ASPICE (Automotive SPICE) framework, including applying ASPICE process areas to software development lifecycles and collaborating within iterative, multidisciplinary teams</li>
<li>Experience in efficiently developing and executing validation test plans to cover various configurations applicable to the system</li>
<li>Experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks, CI/CD integration (Jenkins/GitLab CI), and artifact management (JFrog, Nexus)</li>
<li>Familiarity with test management and reporting tools (TestRail, Jira) and log analysis tools (CANalyzer, Vector tools)</li>
<li>Strong debugging and root-cause analysis skills across hardware/software boundaries</li>
<li>Knowledge of virtualization (VEOS/virtual ECUs) and bus virtualization/routing approaches</li>
<li>Familiarity with safety/functional-safety concepts (ISO 26262) and automotive development lifecycle</li>
</ul>
<p>We offer a competitive salary range of $99,600-$192,900, depending on your skills and experience.</p>
